I don't think the hot-seat applies here, but I do think the hesitation 
doesn't suggest whether bidding on, or passing is more likely to be 
successful. I'd actually rule "no use of UI" and result stands, whatever the 
outcome. The 6S call is based on lack of 1st round losers; I don't have to 
be anywhere near  as control rich for my original action, and I'm clearly 
close to maximum for it.  I'll apologise to pard when I'm wrong. John.
