Can such a regulation include a provision that a decision
is not subject to appeal, or would such a provision be contrary
to L80F?
A particular case I have in mind is the sponsoring organisition
establishing a regulation to determine a "winner" of a knockout
match not played by an end of round date. The regulation including
a provision that the decision is not subject to appeal.
