Makes one wonder why we feel the need to reinvent the wheel by producing 
page upon page of complex alerting regulations in the Orange Book.  WBF 
permitted agreements lists could be used too.  These would have to be 
modified to fit what we want at our levels of competition, but it would be a 
matter of moving round paragraphs and sections rather than doing the whole 
thing from scratch.
