You bet I do! "The absense of a sticker indicates that the player is
not the dealer." There was no sticker, and he chose to call first.
He gets a firm lecture about calling the director the next time.

L9C helps. It is an infraction to attempt to correct an irregularity
on one's own without calling the director.
