+=+ I must just make the point that in discussing 
the effect of the 2007 Laws of Duplicate Bridge, if  
debated, only corporate decisions have binding 
authority. Singly none of us does more than express 
opinion. Hence the intended style of my comments, 
including "it is seemingly the case"(sic).
