said "I missed pard, but I am unaware of  the  mechanical error rule and

bid has to stand". The  final pass was  slow. East led the six of
hearts, and 
 
switched to  a diamond after five  rounds of hearts had been cashed. The

question is "How do you now make  3NT as dummy?"
