But that's where I beg to differ.

When two players sit facing eachother for the first time, they have a 
common system even if they didn't discuss anything. But they haven't any 
agreements. It makes two to tango, er, agree.

Something that hasn't ever be discussed can't be agreed upon /a 
fortiori. /Now if you tell me that agreements aren't things that were 
agreed (because there is a technical definition) and that I'm playing on 
words, so be it, but we'd rather be wary about such a confusion in the 
mind of the player in the street.
