 And that was the point we were trying to make.
 Of course we know that no system is hole-proof. But that 
does not alter the disclosure obligations, which cover both the 
area around the holes and the holes.

summoned the Director will judge, on the weight of the 
evidence he is able to collect, whether the player has acted 
solely on "inferences drawn from his knowledge and experience 
of matters generally known to bridge players" or whether he has

but not with his opponents.
