Consider this: 1C (1H) 1H ...Director 1C = 15+ The IB is not accepted. The 1H IB is replaced by X. 1H would have said, absent the overcall in our system, 4+ Hearts, 8+ HCP including at least an A or 2 x K. And that is exactly what a X means after a 1H overcall of 1C.
