This seems ok to me.  The 2S replacement gives more information than
the 1H presummed opening bid.

I might disallow 2S because it is unlimited whereas 1H was limited.

I might allow myself to bid 2S citing my recent 1H opening on :

as evidence that my 1H openings are unlimited.
