+=+ The minutes are posted on the web and may be read. Those 
interested will read them. The ecats website and the blakjak site 
provide extra exposure for them. Failure to look at published 
information does not expunge its existence and we do what we can 
to make the minutes available. David Stevenson has made a useful 
contribution to the exercise by including mention of the more 
significant matters in the English Bridge Union's 'White Book', also
available (on the EBU's website).
