I agree with Konrad. Translation problems can be a huge nuisance. Think 
of Middle East UN resolutions.

Asking players to refer to a complex text written in a language they 
might be using poorly is absurd. Asking specialist translators to make a 
good job seems more reasonable.  Asking lawmakers to make it less 
complex is even better.
