Pfui. One point on which I'm in agreement with Nigel Guthrie is that
the WBF would do well to publish, on its website, an annotated
version of the laws, with all relevant minutes included directly in
the text. Actually, I would be happy with a link to the minute in the
relevant law - that's why hyperlinks were invented, after all.

Personally, I find David's guidance, and that of the White Book, very
useful. But the fact remains that neither has any legal standing
outside of England (and Wales, I suppose).
