Indeed a very intriguing result. Didn't anybody comment on the fact that Law
64C applies without any exception for each and every established revoke, so
the special reference to Law 64C that was inserted in Law 64B2 is completely
superfluous?

(Or should the above happen to be a typo for Law 64A2 where the real change
in Law 64 has been made?)
