+=+ Since the variations are to be disclosed as a matter of partnership
understanding, probably on the system card - such is the effect of 'by
prior agreement' - the RA can in any case control the agreements under
Law 40B1 and 40B2. As I have said previously 40B3 is in truth a 'belt
and braces' law bringing together and stressing matters the RA is
empowered to handle under other sections of Law 40.
