I hardly ever post on BLML but today I feel I have to underline that the
French (wrong) translation of law 73B2 ("des méthodes de communication
occultes autres que celles autorisées par les Lois"), published in 1997 - or
98, was corrected - and republished - in 2003 and now reads:
"La plus grave faute possible est, pour une paire, d'échanger des
informations à l'aide de moyens de communication convenus préalablement et
non autorisés par ce Code. Une paire coupable de cette infraction risque
l'expulsion."

If that is so then the French translation seems incorrect. The 1997 law 73B2
reads:
"The gravest possible offence is for a partnership to exchange information
through prearranged methods of communication other than those sanctioned by
these Laws. A guilty partnership risks expulsion."
The word "occultes" should not have been there in the French text if it
means what I believe it means.
