So it's legal as long as I'm not in the room, but illegal if I am?
And again: what are you going to do with all the other players who
have simply acted in the same way because they believe their partner
had the correct explanation?
And what would you do if it happens to be me, and my partner happens
to have given a correct information.
This turns out like a rule that says
"Herman De Wael is not allowed to misbid".
I fear that would not get past the European Court in Strasbourg.
