We're talking current laws, are we? I would not dream of using DWS 
when it's being outlawed.
What is the difference between me, who breaks the MI laws because of 
L20F5, and someone else, who does it because he's been told not to 
give UI?
In fact, you would only rule against me; and you would do it because 
you believe my interpretation to be wrong. Now that's a very strong 
basis for giving me a penalty that you would not give to someone else!
