Hi,
I agree that 1C (showing 2 or more) should probably not be "yellowed"
if 1D shows 3 or more and 1H,1S 4 or more, but this is what the WBF
decided. As I understand it each NBO is free to adopt its own regulations,
which need not be the same as the WBF regulations, so there is no need
for your federation to strictly follow the WBF. This is a matter of regulation,
not law.
