I don't know the case in detail, but how can a squeeze operate on 
somebody who holds master cards in both suits ?

That's what makes the claim suspect. How can declarer know how many 
cards West held in those two suits ? Has he a complete count ? From all 
he said, it seems that he hadn't ("if E holds both black suites")..
