All very nice and understandable, but put together it means that you'll
have only 10 seconds (possibly less) to ask questions.
Yes, I know that wasn't the intent. But phrasing 1.8 as "left-hand
opponents shouldn't wait until the card is picked up if he wants to ask
any questions" would have solved this.
And I have another concern about skip bids : how is the fact that you
should do your best to look like you've got a problem compatible with
L73D2 ?
