Under the guidelines as proposed by Grattan for the 
2007 laws,

+=+ Actually the thoughts in my messages on the subject 
are the product of a long and diligent dialogue with the 
teacher who will present the subject of Law 27 to the 
seminar this weekend. I have not yet seen his actual paper,
so while I believe it will say largely what I have said, I am 
not committing him to every detail and I await his lecture 
with much interest.
